When your child enrols with us, our priority is creating an environment that they find engaging, encouraging, and safe. Our fully qualified and friendly team will track your child’s progress and inspire them to love learning. Through our personal approach, we will work with each individual child to meet their needs. Additionally, we assist with the transition of going from nursery to pre-school to make it as smooth as possible.

Tapestry is a fantastic application we use to help you and our team track your child’s progress. Both our team and parents will have full access, so you can monitor milestones and key information.
When you first join us at Sunny Days, you will receive a link inviting you to use this app and you will get prompted to set up a password. Our staff will take many photos of the activities your child is taking part in and you can observe what they have achieved when with us. What’s more, you can interact with the posts by liking or commenting.
Transitions are a big step in a child’s learning process. Whether it is their first day, they are moving class, or moving up to big school, we will help make this as easy as possible. When they first join us, we offer settling-in sessions so your child can get to know the staff, the room, and other children.
If your child is transitioning from the nursery room to pre-school, we will keep you updated every step of the way, so you know your child is settling in. During this, your child will have constant support from their key person as well as other staff members.
This is often the biggest transition for most children. We will work closely with the new school they are attending and share information about your child including friendships and activities they enjoy. In addition, we will update them on where your child is academically.
